Schedule a consultation with one of our experienced designers to discuss your dream and functional requirements.
Tell us about your aesthetic preferences (colour, style and finishes) and budget. Share your house plans or the dimensions to help us visualize and understand your space.
We’ll spend a week or two working on a design concept including: -3D drawing -Functional layouts -Options for finishes and worktops -Appliance and accessory suggestions -Detailed costings
When you’re ready, confirm you’d like to go ahead and pay a 60% deposit. We will refine the design to meet your exact specifications and then place the order with our Italian partners. Your custom-made, handcrafted goods will take about 16 – 20 weeks to arrive from Italy upon which 35% of the fee is due. Next, we’re ready for installation, at a date that is convenient for you. The time required will depend on the size of the project. Arrangements will be made to have your plumber, electrician and gas contractor on site when required. Once the installation is complete, we’ll meet with you on-site. We’ll go through maintenance and how everything works together. Final payment of 5% is due after this meeting.
